FEX Interiér specializes in the design, production and installation of exhibition stands, interiors and presentation solutions. We manage the entire process, from design, 3D visualizations and graphics to manufacturing, installation and support. Our goal is to create functional, attractive and technically sound spaces that represent our clients’ brands.

It depends on the scope of the project. Smaller projects typically take around 2–4 weeks, while larger stands or interiors take 6–10 weeks. We can also respond to requests at very short notice, even from one day to the next.

We deliver projects in Slovakia and abroad. Our clients exhibit in various European cities, where we provide complete on-site installation and support. If needed, we can also arrange transportation and communicate with the exhibition organizer.

Yes. We design most stands with reuse in mind. Their structures and graphic elements are adapted for storage, transport and repeated use at future exhibitions, often with only minor modifications.

We handle the entire process, from concept to completion. We create the design, prepare technical documentation and arrange manufacturing and installation. This gives clients confidence that the finished result will match the approved design.

Yes. Custom-made elements are a regular part of our projects. We design and produce reception desks, panels, 3D logos, lightboxes and other original features tailored to a specific space.

Depending on the client’s needs, we can combine new solutions with existing furnishings. We maintain a consistent design and a functional layout so the space feels cohesive, regardless of where the individual elements come from.

Once the project has been handed over, responsibility passes to the client. However, we can provide servicing, repairs or additions to our products when needed. We can also repair damaged parts or make small adjustments after installation.

Yes. Graphic design is part of our exhibition stand and interior design services. We create a visual concept that reflects the brand’s identity and supports its presentation within the space.

Ideally, we need a vector logo (.AI, .EPS or .PDF), brand colors and, where applicable, text, photographs or advertising slogans. If you do not have these assets, we can help prepare them based on your needs and our capabilities.

Yes. A 3D visualization is part of the design process. It lets you see the space and design before production starts, giving you a clear picture of the result and an opportunity to request changes in advance.

After receiving the proposed design, the client gets graphic previews for review and comments. Once any feedback has been incorporated, we confirm approval by email. Production only begins after approval.

Yes. We arrange all printed materials either in-house or through trusted partners. We provide complete solutions, including printed graphics, panels, stickers, banners and illuminated graphics.

Of course. We can work with files supplied by your designer and adapt them to the dimensions of the specific stand or interior. If necessary, we can also help with technical adjustments to file formats.

Yes. We deliver every project as a turnkey solution, including transport, installation and dismantling. Our team ensures everything is installed safely, on time and in line with the approved design.

We can store the stand at our premises after the exhibition. For stands intended for repeated use, we recommend storing them with us so they are ready for the next event. Clients can also take smaller display walls and similar items with them. All arrangements are agreed in advance.

We assess each project individually. If an exhibition has specific technical or logistical requirements, we coordinate with the organizer and arrange everything needed, from transportation to technical connections.

Our team handles the dismantling and removal of our materials.

Yes. In addition to large exhibition stands, we also create smaller presentation solutions. We provide design, graphics, printing and installation for roll-ups, display walls, banners and counters for conferences and smaller events.

When needed, we can deliver graphics or a roll-up on an expedited schedule, depending on the project scope and material availability. We always try to find a solution that gets our clients ready on time.

Yes. Our graphic designers can create a design based on your ideas and visual identity. We make sure the overall presentation looks professional and is consistent with your brand.

Yes. We offer rentals of various types of structures, from portable display walls to lightboxes. They are an ideal solution for short-term exhibitions and one-off events.
