The reason
In a self-service operation, the space must function simply and intuitively, even without staff present. For the Laundro project, we therefore placed emphasis not only on the visual aspect but also on clarity, customer navigation, and practical solutions for each individual location. We applied a consistent design concept across the spaces in Bánovce nad Bebravou, Bratislava, Trnava, Trenčín, and Banská Bystrica.

A unified concept for multiple locations
Each location presented unique spatial conditions, requiring the unified concept to be adapted to the specific layout of each site. The project encompassed the design of interiors and visual communication—including graphic elements, window and door decals, and equipment labeling. It was essential to maintain a consistent brand visual language while ensuring the space remained intuitive and easy for customers to navigate. As the network expanded, we developed solutions that could be efficiently applied to future branches as well.

The result is a network of six visually interconnected self-service laundries that present a unified appearance, despite the varying layouts of the individual spaces. In this way, Laundro has established a consistent operational concept that reinforces its brand identity, simplifies customer navigation, and lays the foundation for the further expansion of the network.
